You'll learn a lot in a short period of time from competent individuals and develop great friendships. Relationships built with Googlers last beyond Google.

Cons

There is an extremely heavy push to do more with less. Expect long hours, difficulty getting promoted and expectations that you may not realistically be able to be meet. Culture has shifted from valuing the employee to treating the employee as a resource upon which return will be maximized.
