      Pros

      People are generally nice, and recruiters get paid a bit more than standard. But there's no other upsides.

      Cons

      All internal systems are broken, youre trained on outdated information, hiring managers and interviewers won't read or give good feedback, great candidates rejected at hiring committee, weird policies, bad w/l/b .

      Pros

      - Name recognition. You can find a good job after leaving Google.

      Cons

      The people at google are terrible. It’s a lot of cocky, snobby people that think they’re better than you. I took the job for the name recognition but later realized there are way better companies out there. Find a different company in the Bay Area that will treat you right.
