Business Outlook
Pros
Competitive Pay. Still full remote for those few of us who officially changed our location while that was still an option -- even for those who didn't, most aren't REALLY in the office the 2-3 required days
Cons
Lots of bad managers, including many who basically hand that off to TLs who tend to make worse managers. Extremely woke with most not self-aware of their bubble. Decisions on infrastructure team funding from higher up from those that don't understand the various pieces and why they are needed. Hiring freeze & layoffs in the US for years, while everyone is overbooked on interviews with new offshore hires.
