Pros

Generally great co-workers, and compensation over time has felt fair to generous. Work-life balance still remains very important.

Cons

Many challenges with current management, cost cutting, morale, and job security.

Pros

There are still tons of talented people you can learn from

Cons

It had the greatest culture but lately, things started to get worse with the company shutting down a lot of teams that don't bring direct revenue to the company but were used to provide users with very valuable products. It had the greatest management but now management is mostly short-sighted trying to survive the next round of layoffs.
