Pros

Compensation, culture, innovation, perks, smart colleagues

Cons

Nothing major, some bland corporate overhead stuff but that's not unique to this company.

Pros

Great perks, smart coworkers and interesting problems to solve.

Cons

Most positions in NYC are limited to cloud and ads. It’s easy to feel like you’re just a cog in a machine because it’s such a huge company. Your experience here is very manager dependent and I’ve had a fair share of terrible managers.
