Well your co-workers are in control of your bonus from secret shops. So if you work for them and your co-worker screws up it will cost you money. If you want hours you will have to almost beg for them from management. If they don't like you they will give you 4hrs a week and it would be at the worst time they can find. They want you to learn other aspects of the store and put you in jobs that you don't like or feel safe doing. As Long as you work for them your going to be treated like you don't matter. They have company meetings that are pointless and waste your time and yes you must come to them. They Have ZERO respect for there employees and they want All Star Employees but they pay the least. I can go to any other grocery store and make almost 30% if not 60% percent more money an hour. They talk about family and core values. I have seen better values at a corner store.They make it where you are sick till your stomach to come to work. They want you to work the worst hours and give you the least hours. Also as soon as i can i am finding another job.
