INCONSISTENT beyond belief. Knowledge is hard to come by since you have to be trained and documented. The company is slow and primitive in almost every way. Rules, rules and more rules.

Work hard for almost nothing. I've been there three years and only have gotten a .75 cent total raise. Bonuses are nice, but that doesn't cover up the fact that employees are worked harder than paid, and most do management tasks. Almost no room to move up unless your in the "Good Ol' Boy" Network. I used to want to move up into the company, but now the company wants to go towards the typical cooperate treatment, not about family at all.
