      Pros

      They have a good Benefit Package They offer Profit Sharing and 401k match They are Private Company owned by the Gordon Family

      Cons

      Pretend to care, but they really don't. Dirt bags and liars seem to get the promotions Not very ethical Very difficult to grow within the company If in Sales, your territory will determine your success. Must relocate in many situations.

      Easy manual labor, Laid back atmosphere, Religious company.

      Pros

      Great company. Takes care of its employees in more ways than you can imagine. Opportunities to earn bonus money through contests, "secret shops" and overall store preformance. You can move up from Sales Associate to Store Manager and even higher through the company.

      Cons

      One of the lowest paying Food Distributors around. Repetitive labor on associates.

      If you cannot find another job but if you have a degree in nutrition, or if you are a chef there may be possibilities

      Cons

      sales positions will be short stay unless you are a special pick of management or if you have several large accounts that are 100 % loyal to you as a sales person
