Low Pay, directors really don’t appreciate your input, Bullying of newer employees is commonplace.

Patient Care aspect is nice.

Cons

Bullying of newer employees by seasoned employees. Newer employees have to adhere to attendance policy, but those who’ve been with the company longer do not. Parking is a nightmare with a 2 year wait to park close to hospital. Pro Park (Behind Gerig Group is scary, dark, & to far). <- Where you have to park. Doctors treat you better than most managers/supervisors/directors do. Low pay for just about every position from housekeeping on up.

Management treated staff horribly, we were not appreciated, Management talked about staff behind their backs, no support , this filters down to departments and creates low morale

Pros

Not all departments are awful, however, any laboratory department is a hot mess. The people are genuinely kind.

Cons

Laboratory departments are understaffed, overworked, multiple errors, and zero management oversight. Zero repercussions for any employee because they are desperate to have staff. No work-life balance.
