Pros
Gould Intelligent is one of the most professional teams I have encountered in this market. Karen is very effective and has found me several excellent opportunities over the past years. She has many contacts and deep experience, and also readily shares information and advice to help find and secure the best possible positions.
Cons
There were no cons; Gould found me a great position and then continued to be helpful throughout the term of my contract.

Pros
Highest level of professionalism and integrity. In my 35-year career in the computer industry (18 with a major corporation, 17 as an independent contractor), my association with Karen England-Gould has been most rewarding both professionally and collegially. If you're looking to work as an independent contractor, you'd be hard pressed to do better.
Cons
None. It might complicate the working arrangement if you reside far from the Phoenix metropolitan area. Not sure that's a "con" - just a physical reality.
