      Pros

      The number of women in leadership roles is impressive. There are opportunities for advancement, and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Sector leaders and managers are very cliquey. My experience with the company was good until my contract was moved under a certain sector. It has a “Mean Girls” vibe. My supervisor lied on several occasions and there’s really nothing you can do in a situation like that so I left the company after not being able to find a position in a different sector.

      Pros

      100% remote work. Great people sharing a common desire to support the government customer. Managers genuinely care about retention and development of their direct reports.

      Cons

      None really - Company advertised the need for a Sr. PM, but customer ultimately wanted a solutions engineer. False advertising? Perhaps. But, communicating my desire to seek a properly fitting position was met with positive responses. Think of it as “laying yourself off”. I wasn’t successful in finding a suitable position within a given timeline, but would gladly return if given such opportunity.
