      Pros

      The company invests in their employees with training, further education reimbursement, and mentorship. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The work environment is relatively healthy and I feel supported as a team member.

      Cons

      Can be some frustrations with different team member personalities and work ethics, but nothing major has hindered my enjoyment of the job.
