Slow advancement, increases in pay, ability to move.

Lack of communication by leadership, I was given my first assignment during my 3rd day and still didn’t acccess to most systems, after spending 1.5 days getting access and working with IT, I sent my completed assignment to my manager who responded “ why did it take 2 days to complete 15 minute task, this is no longer needed as I have completed it already” This was a totally insulting and a waste when the fact that it his responsibility to grant my access and he was included on all correspondence during the process and had not said anything
