Pros

The product segment is exciting and if it ever works has the potential to be disruptive. Rank and file employees are good, smart folks.

Cons

Where do we start! From top to bottom, this place reeks of toxicity and corruption. The CEO? A controlling narcissist. Senior leadership? Yes-men too afraid to support their teams or the business. Constant lies about our success or lack thereof. We recently ran out of money, fired 10%, reduced salaries to state minimums, and then fired 40% more. We're left with nothing and our prospects are dismal. Don't even think about joining or investing. Run, and run fast.

None, company is failing and laid 40% of employees off to steal their shares to sell to investors.

Cons

Scammy leadership. No transparency, literally robbing employees of their shares so they can sell their hard earned shares in the hopes that people don’t buy them. They laid employees off so that they wouldn’t have to dilute the shares further and took the ones that people did not yet exercise to save themselves.
