Pros

The salary was excellent, and both my immediate supervisor and most of my colleagues were very pleasant.

Cons

This place is a complete disaster. 1. They have no understanding of how long processes take in higher education, making a 90-day sales cycle unrealistic due to procurement laws. 2. Failure will result in public ridicule. 3. Feedback on metrics is ignored. 4. You'll receive metrics for a year but be held accountable to additional, unseen metrics that can determine your job security. 5. The head of HR lacks empathy and does not care about employee well-being. 6. Colleagues may offer help with projects but will take weeks to deliver subpar work, leaving you to do most of it yourself. 7. You'll be told to delegate projects to others, but they'll either not complete them or do them so poorly that you end up doing the work. 8. They have no awareness of the competition. 9. Expect to cover expenses on your own credit card. 10. There is a ridiculously high turnover rate, which hurts them in this market as schools want to see stability.
