Pros

-If you put your heart into it, you WILL make a difference in students lives. Real change happens here. -The team is like a family. You won't find co-workers anywhere else that cares as much as they do here. Everyone is trying their best to make a positive difference. -The base pay is $20 an hour and there's a bonus structure in place that pays out depending on your performance EACH month.

Cons

-There's a lot of calls and not much human contact besides chats and Google Meets. It's as social as it can be with the online format but it can be lonely without being in-person. -We can't really contact the schools directly, so helping students access their grades and assignments can be difficult at times as they have to make direct contact with the school themselves to find out.

Pros

The service that we provide at Graduation Alliance truly changes lives. We have a very strong team both at the leadership level and field level. The company has high standards and expects A-Level performance. There is a lot of autonomy for field workers and also connection to the home office team.

Cons

Not many, except the typical pains of a rapidly growing business.

Pros

The new CEO is doing a good job of saving the company from going under. There are a few nice coworkers.

Cons

Culture is terrible if you can even say it has one. Someone is always yelling at you, whether it is your boss or a parent or a customer or whoever. Zero opportunity to grow or develop; it's just a call center and they care more about numbers and metrics than they do about people (employees, students, and customers alike). Pay isn't that good. Overcrowded office space.
