Pick up skills really fast due to the hospital being a level one trauma center.

Cons

Heavy patient load, management, high stress.

Hello, I'm happy you recommend Grady Memorial Hospital. However, this post is listed on the Grady Memorial Hospital's page in Chickasha Ok. I do not believe this is for our facility as we are not a Level 1 trauma hospital. We do not normally have a heavy patient load as we are a small rural hospital.
