      Pros

      The teamwork and collaboration that starts with all of administration has the main goal of providing excellent tools and services for the clinician to care for patients in our communities. The talent, intelligence, drive and compassion of all of Graham's employees is the heart and soul of the company!

      Cons

      COVID has limited our travel, and I look forward to traveling (in person) to see our other locations soon!

      As an employee at Graham for over 10 years, I appreciate all that the company invests in its employees and technology to support our professional development. Leaders listen to ideas and it’s a great culture where those that work hard are recognized.

      It’s a fast-moving organization, which I love because I enjoy continuous improvement.
