The management is out of touch, in my short time here i have seen multiple people abandon this sinking ship. Pretty much everyone has given feedback to management and has said the same things, but no changes are made. I have seen multiple colleagues come into this place being told certain hours/shifts/shows they would be working on just for that to all change once someone signs a contract. There is no work life balance with this job. Management cant even do the tasks they are putting on their employees. You could be expected to work during the day and then have to come in at midnight if a shift needs covered. Management constantly talks negatively about other employees and coworkers behind their backs to you. The wage is barely livable, many people here are living paycheck to paycheck without any positives. Multiple coworkers have reported management to hr and nothing has been done about their behavior. I have seen managers scream at employees. Multiple people have been told that there is no room for advancement, they will quickly kick you out of their mind once someone new comes in. This place will crush your soul.

Pay is not competitive. Maybe better in IT or management. Limited opportunities for growth.
