Pros

Company promotes from within which is great. They have long time employees. You can move around within the company.

Cons

I can only speak for my department. It's deadline driven. We have deadline everyday. During the holidays, you're not allowed to take vacations and must work the logs way ahead of time. I don't mind working 3 or 4 days ahead. The issue is the Sales department doesn't follow our deadline. They don't work days ahead. They keep entering orders on the day where I am already finished with the log. It's very frustrating. The pressure gets intense during political and holidays. If there's a hurricane, forget about your own property. You need to show up for work to ensure the logs are out.
