Pros

Award winning programming. News Director always produced excellent content.

Cons

Sales managers wear different hats, seem overwhelmed with other responsibilities other than supporting sales teams. Methodologies are tired. Commission cuts to sales teams. Turn over rate high.

Pros

Graham offers decent pay and benefits. They also put a lot of money into their stations. For example, the station I work for has brand new Ford Explorers while our competitors are in smaller SUVs like Ford Escapes. We also have really nice camera gear and field lights.

Cons

Senior management can seem disconnected from what field crews do and experience at times. An industry wide con is that you won’t always have time to take a break, be prepared for that.
