Pros

If your looking for overtime and opportunity to make money its here. There is always overtime. It's a very busy busy job that somedays makes day long 12 hour plus day fly by.

Cons

There are some workers there who have been there years and they act like they don't have to do anything. When a new worker comes in they don't help out but instead sit on their butt in the office and talk all buddy buddy. Especially when one takes lunch and they are suppose to watch your machine and don't and you come back to a disaster of a mess and have to shut the machine down to clean and catch up. Which causes your numbers to be low. When You cover for them and they come back to everything just fine. I would have stayed if it wasn't for this. Loved some of the other workers there. But then there is also the rumors but, hey, you'll have that at Most factories.

Pros

I get away with everything because management is busy scrambling to save their own (expletive deleted)

Cons

There is a total lack of leadership from shift supervisors to the plant manager. Driven strictly by the bottom line with little regard for their "Safety at all costs" ideals. Lost employees are not replaced in a timely fashion, and new employee training program is non existent putting a huge load on long time employees without increase in pay.
