Pros

It’s easy going when everything’s working properly. The hours are great and so is the pay after a while. You get a paid break every couple hours.

Cons

Management is trash, if they change your schedule they don’t contact you to tell you about the change so you end up showing up late or not at all. When everything is going wrong with the product lines no one is willing to help you, they literally just look at you and say “deal with it.” Coworkers are lazy and rather talk to each other rather than actually pay attention to their assigned production line.

Pros

They start you out at decent pay and really do give you a chance but as long as you get in and train with the right people you'll be set there you might get handled for a few mistakes but all I have to say is there's lots of overtime available if you want it and they almost never have a full staff for each shift except for first.

Cons

While most of the people were good they have such high turnover that no one really knows what they're doing. Upper management doesn't seem to have a fix and it is always pushing things on to someone else to do. I do not foresee this changing anytime soon as they allow certain behaviors to go unchecked only because they can't handle firing anyone which could end up making things better by doing so the people that got seniority get to do pretty much whatever they want with no repercussions
