Pros

Pay is good, although you have to do the work of two people because the company is understaffed. There is a nice bonus program available to those who reach a certain level within the company.

Cons

Poor benefits. The company basically laid off their entire R&D group in January, so it appears there will be no more technical achievements by this company. Graham will quickly be surpassed by all of the other bottle manufacturers. There is wide speculation that the company will be relocating its corporate headquarters from Lancaster, PA to Tennessee sometime in the next 2-3 years. So if you are interested in a corporate job but don't want to relocate, keep that in mind. The production plants seem to be constantly upsetting their customers, so this company may really be hurting if they start losing contracts. The January layoff appeared to be done to get rid of all of the high salaries in the company with no thought to the company's future.
