      Pros

      Good Pay and If You like Plenty of Over Time.

      Cons

      Way too much over time when you work 12 hours shift. No Outside Life At All. Too Much Politics not Treated Equal. When fall and Winter comes around they lay off in masses and will get rid of you for any reason and don't care how long you have worked for Graham. I would never recommend to anyone to work at Graham.

      Pay is good, most managers are great!

      Cons

      Corporate micro managment!!! Cut 40% of the work force and expect the plant to run better. corporate does not seem to care if this plant stays open!

      Good pay Coworkers are great people Effort made to promote strong company values.

      Cons

      Your experience depends on whatever the current management team at the time wants and the management groups are constantly changing and reorganizing. Short-sighted decisions are made regularly, like massive layoffs while adding work load, causing rehiring of those laid off within months. Company values often not upheld by management teams.
