Management, Clueless and cheap, Equipment falling apart from years of Band-Aids

I’ve worked here 5 years, Over worked employees they will tell you that A1s (production speacialists) make $19.99 an hour nobody here is making that much an hour. They try to screw you on pay and everything as much as they can. There’s people who have been here 25+ years and aren’t even making an hour what they should be. They play favorites so hard it’s unbelievable. They don’t appreciate the people who have dedicated there life to the place they don’t appreciate anybody at all. We are all working 48-60 hours a week we don’t get an insentive or a bonus AT ALL but all the new hires coming in are getting a sign on bonus. There’s really no room to move up either I’ve been on the same job for 5 years.
