Good employee atmosphere on the floor

Cons

Bad management, won't listen to employees, demote employees and take away pay while expecting you to do the same job. Violate OSHA and safety regulations in order to run. Employee was injured while servicing equipment that management had told us to remove to run and employee was fired. Also management continually over looked long term employees for advancement

It is a good work environment as far as relationships with co-workers go.

Cons

Management has all been replaced and struggles to make a plan that actually works to improve operating and working conditions. There is a lot of confusion, stress and frustration among everybody from upper management to the operators.
