There are decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Management doesn't follow Company policy and procedures leaving hourly employees confused and at risk. Then they dream up reasons to let long term employees go. Management allows the non-compliant product to ship to the customer and disciplines employees that attempt to stop it.

There are some really great people that work here. If you do not have a degree you can work on the line and make great money but it is hard work. Most of the people are nice and work well together.

Cons

The work conditions are not great. It is very loud and extremely hot in the summer. This is not a PC place to work. Be prepared for rough language and inappropriate jokes.
