Pros

making a good pay was a pro until they stripped you of that

Cons

hot, hot, hot you will sweat just by standing still and people need better treatment in order to validate why they should subject themselves to that type of work environment

Pros

Much better place to work before Graham bought Liquid Container, LP Lots of emphasis on training. There was a lot of focus on safety.

Cons

Incompetent Top Plant Management. Forced a lot of good managers and supervisors out. Too much bureaucracy due to corporate people trying to justify their jobs In summer time there was hardly any relief from the hot environment and heat producing machines.

Pros

Well established company. Multinational. Good benefits.

Cons

High stress and low positive feedback. Required to be on the floor, hands on management for entire shift. Although regular reports are required during the 12 hour shift not much time allowed to be in the office doing those reports. Had to work 14-16 hours a day for a 12 hour shift. No overtime pay.
