works hours are nice , close to the house

Cons

management team at this local plant (Houston) also to include excusive unfavorable acts towards their employee . management team , will employ cheap unqualified personal over skilled labor , they also refuse to pay a competitive wage for skilled work force equipment is old and hard to maintain under current enviroment

Comparable benefits, safe work environment, quality products.

Cons

Poor Management from the ground all the way to the top, no room for advancement, insufficient training to employees, overall low employee morale, seems to care only about their bottom line, no raises for employees in most job classifications. Lack of care for retaining quality employees, rather the revolving door policy.
