      A company with a lack of focus

      Pros

      Good workers and good people are all around. The company definitely gives the impression that they want to change things and make them better.

      Cons

      The company seems to be more concerned with accounting than operational improvement. There are a lot of claims that money is being pumped in to rebuild and bring things to a better state, but its really hard to see that on a local level. Promises seems to turn into buzz words rather quickly. Management turnover is way too high and leaves most people more willing to keep their options open than work harder to help the company turn the corner.

      The worst working experience ever

      Pros

      It pays the bills and the hours aren't bad.

      Cons

      Upper management has run the plant into the ground,it was once a pretty good place to work,but under the present plant and production manager,it is in a death spiral.Favoritism is out of control,if you are one of the "in" crowd,you don't have to do a lick of work.
