Nothing I can think of… only if you want to learn about making and delivering bottles to a customer with antiquated blow molding technology, inaccurate forecasts, and no budget.
Cons
Constant turnover for Plant Management and Supply Chain, while tenured incoherent leadership remains at the helm, while the company continues to lose on margin and market share. Shoe string budget while they constantly look at headcount reduction. Every year I would watch people drop like flies and go to email only to receive an automated response that they are no longer at the company. The culture is stuck in their old ways of over processing and doing work that doesn’t move the needle especially in the supply chain org, because they don’t have any solutions.
