Great benefits and above average starting pay

Cons

Upper management personnel lack the skills to properly train employees. Policies are not consistent or conveyed to the employees. Shift hours continuously change without warning. You could be working days for 3 days then suddenly asked to come in nights. No room to move up within the company.
