      Stable business with strong financials. Multiple plants across the country. Long term employees in many plants.

      Cons

      Plant Manager changes every 2-3 years. Current plant manager is the worst in last 15 years with poor decision making skills. Encourage “yes” people and take revenges. Lie to upper management.
