      great co-workers, ability to try multiple fields

      Cons

      12 hour shifts, pay is very dependent on how long you are willing to stay since raises were based on how long you were with the company. most of my managers were prior operators who were now feeling the power trip. You will get laid off if you dont show to work even once or twice.
