You do get paid every other week as a salaried full time employee and have access to benefits.

Cons

You are nothing but a number to this company, and in their attempt to save as much money as possible they will nickel and dime you every step of the way. If a $50 bonus for 5 years of service is what you consider recognition, then Graham is the company for you.
