      Pros

      Graham Packaging has been around for over fifty years and is a solid company to work for. It might not be the most millennial friends work environment, but there is some good people that work here.

      Cons

      The workforce is older and while that comes with a lot of experience, it can also move slowly.

      Insurance is ok bit expense.

      Cons

      Front office is clueless on how to run a plant. 12 hours a day 6 days a week take a toll on you. They work you to death and turnover is very high.
