Pros

The majority of the co-workers are friendly. You do have a few that are bitter, and mostly for good reason. Several are close to retirment and really should just retire.

Cons

Annual reviews with very small increases. They give a select few that are fairly new to the company several increases throughout the year if you are well "liked".

Good benefits and managers at my facility. Pretty good pay.

Cons

Incredibly difficult to remove points once accrued, unless you work a lot of overtime. No corrective actions given to slackers once they earned seniority.
