Pros
Work is plentiful and the environment is friendly. One of the few places where almost everyone has an office, so privacy is plentiful and distractions are minimal. An independent learner/worker will thrive here
Cons
A majority of the company has been there for 15+ years. This is not the negative, but because of this, some processes may not be as well documented as need be to train incoming employees..... this is an initiative that is improving however.
