Don't care much about their employees. Company has been going downhill financially for years and they do annual layoffs of 100+ people. BEWARE.

Do your job well and everything will be fine. The people who work here are great. Work is easy, and compensation is good. A fair chunk is tied to the annual bonus.

Cons

Senior Management is only concerned with DEI initiatives and shoving buzz words down your throat. Just ignore it, they are just living 5+ years in the past at all times.
