Decent to good pay, overall good people for the most part, pays the bills, you can learn several types of technology

Cons

Disorganized, lack of corporate support, understaffed, morale issues due to being over worked. More worried about completing standard work forms than actually getting the machines to run efficiently. Bad work/life balance.

Severely understaffed. Machines are worn out and band-aided back together. Local management's hands tied by corporate. No work/ life balance.
