I have been with the organization close to three years now and the leadership team builds an environment where the team members can learn and develop. AGI being a big organization there are plenty of opportunities which are posted and the hiring process is transparent, where an equal opportunity is given to all applicants. Overall AGI is a good employer that values team members!
