      Better than average but so much bureaucracy

      Pros

      I was given a lot of responsibility and allowed to run my initiatives as I pleased (provided I yielded good results). Most of my co-workers were enjoyable.

      Cons

      Quite bureaucratic and cliquey. Hard to move up if you don't have a stellar reputation. Cafeteria was terrible.

      Grainger generally offers a great work life balance. Overall the individuals are excellent to work with. The benefits are well above average

      Due to the volume of organizational changes/re-structuring, the culture has taken a significance hit.
