Pros

Great Benefits! Great Work Life Balance! I have a great boss!

Cons

Pay not competitive for my line of work. I'm a seasoned account manager with years of Sales experience, always meeting my metrics and exceeding sales goals. Commission structure has not change in the 6 years I've been in this role. Salary is no longer competitive. Moving into a new role or getting promoted is difficult because it's basically who you know and who wants you on their team.

Pros

Good company benefits and culture.

Cons

The local management can make or break your experience. I transferred here and loved my working at Grainger until relocating. The territory was very mismanaged and experienced poor receptiveness to concerns I brought up, ultimately leading to me resigning.
