Pros

Lots of options for different career paths.

Cons

Grainger desperately needs to hold their leaders accountable. People are promoted into leadership and clean house to move their friends onto their team. Performance improvement process is not monitored by HR and used to push people out of the company. Development opportunities are few and far between. Benefits have been stripped away and I was glad to leave. The Grainger under Jim Ryan was a great place to work, but not this Grainger.
