Benefits, work/life balance, diversity, weekends off.
Cons
Grainger used to be above and beyond other companies in the way they took care of their employees. Now the main concern are the shareholders. I personally was affected by the declining benefits over my 16 years with Grainger. Wages for branch employees are too low and raises never have kept up with inflation. Maximun 3% raises just don't cut it in this economy.
