Pros

Pay is competitive for warehouse work. Overtime was plentiful. Benefits are solid.

Cons

This is from a distribution center perspective. No respect for personal time, mandatory weekend overtime. You will come home sore every day. Night shift treated like second class citizens. Some supervisors are straight out of college and clueless when it comes to leading a team.

Pros

Benefits are really great and if you are in the right circles you can move up quickly with someone on the inside pushing you forward.

Cons

Good old boy network, not female friendly, diversity is a smoke screen. Working 60 to 70 hours a week isn't healthy. Goals are not realistic for certain areas and there is no real sense of loyalty to customers anymore.
