Pros

Decent Pay, benefits and Paid Time off. Good Long term plan if they keep you.

Cons

No job security. Management is condescending. They are an insult to your intelligence. They will pursue you hard for an opportunity and instead of hiring contractors like they should they promise you a job but will cut your position after less than six months then send an email about how change is good?!?!? If you hire someone and five months later lay them off, fire the person or manager who said you needed the people. They either know what they're doing or they're incompetent. I think both. BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE!!!! DO NOT RISK IT!!!

Pros

Great office, and work environment. Ability to work from home.

Cons

This company is the epitome of corporate BS and politics. If you don't suck up to upper management and watch your back, they will slowly find a way to get rid of you. I know many people who have left and all of them say they are happy they aren't there anymore. Company WAS employee focused 10-20 years ago, but they have been struggling to stay relevant for a few years and it's every man/woman for themselves now. Worst management I've ever experienced and growth is all about knowing the right people.

Pros

Love what I do for our customers. It is the best part of the sales role. We have many external partners we work with and benefits everyone.

Cons

It started great, but many things have been changing. We are changing big time and so many veterans are leaving in droves. Sales people are now a number and not truly an asset anymore. The goals are a joke set forth by the company and this is no joke...about 20% of the people in Manufacturing or Commercial (West Region) are making goal. The goals are unrealistic. Our revenue as a company has been level for over 3 straight years. Our pay is lower than many because it was offset by a great retirement plan. We called it the golden handcuff. It isn't so golden anymore. As mentioned above, Goals are not realistic. Our prices were higher than the industry norm and have come down but the goals have not. Inefficient communication has hindered processes. The Profit Sharing Plan percentage is going down big time. It was referred to as the golden handcuff. There is no more golden handcuff. Great sales people are leaving in droves and replaced with cheaper AM's. Sad from where we were 7 years ago to today. Completely different company.
