Pros

The company itself has been cutting down on expenses but it doesn't mean that it doesn't take care of its employees. They give a lot of benefits and the employees are compensated correctly.

Cons

The company still has a of house-keeping to do. A lot of process change needs to be done to make it more efficient in what it does.

Pros

The team made the employment period worthwhile. Enjoyed the opportunities to learn more about various products through initiatives like lunch and learns.

Cons

What I found is the more you do, the more they expect out of you and you don't get recognition. There's a lack of communication and team spirit from the front to back.
