      Pros

      Ample run way for growth. Clear, simple corporate strategy that cascades to all organizational functions. Significant investments in systems, infrastructure and people in 2016 and ongoing. Positions company to with opportunity to provide best in class value to businesses across Canada.

      Cons

      Along with investments came massive changes in 2016. Business has stabilized but now focused on leveraging investments to drive results. This can feel tough - takes grit and determination that not all people equipped with. Will persist for part of 2017 before business really takes off.

      Pros

      Fellow team members were very diverse and great to work with. People are truly committed to the team.

      Cons

      Corporately they are about the bottom line for senior levels. Act with a callous approach and almost look to see the emotional impact. Inaccurate views of employees when others acknowledge their contributions. It is a very "on my team or not" approach to business.

      Pros

      1) Great group of folks to work with. The workers there are more seasoned, you'll find a lot of folks who have been with the company a long time. 2) Team events are usually very fun, but that could be because of my specific team. 3) The work to personal life balance is pretty good, but that does also depend on you. 4) They are very focused on career development in our group, 5 stars on that.

      Not much cons, I'd say my experience has been great so far.
